Project: Revise Green Clean Institute Marketing Video
Proposed revamp of GCI marketing video to create a concise and entertaining presentation and establish a consistent look and branding for the video. 3 minute video.
Scope
- Design
- Editing: Full Re-Edit of video in one of three styles or options (see below) Depending on the option chosen, the video
- Voice Over: Revoice existing or re-worked script.
- Music: possibly replace music.
- Graphics: Re use any existing graphics from previous version we can and combine with new graphic images or elements developed or purchased from sources such as iStock images.

Design & Edit: $2250 (up to 30 hrs of editing including one 30 second demo and two revisions.)
VO: In house talent included in price. Outside non union talent an additional $300
Music Cut: Included from in house library. New purchased cuts $45
Graphics: Includes whiteboard animating of existing graphics provided by client

Option 2: Animated Presentation Video
This type of video is good for conveying key messages to your target audience; using animated still images/video & text to create relatable imagery and engage the audience's attention.

Option 3: Animated Infographics Video
This format uses animated character and graphics elements in fast moving presentations. Usually good for videos with a lot of statistics or to explain a process.

Recommendations:
The primary questions to be answered with any video project are: 1. What is your key message(s) and 2. Who is your audience? Our advice is to start with the answers to these two questions and work from there. Choose the look of video that best suits who your audience is. If, for example, your primary audience for this video is educational institutions then a whiteboard animation is a very relatable theme to use. If your targeted audience is healthcare, hospitals, or corporations something less 'casual' like the presentations in Option 2 may be more applicable. If your audience is a broad spectrum of the market, or you have a process to explain, then a whitboard or infographic works well. But again it's style should be determined depending on who your audience is.
